Returns Policy

The Returns Policy is applicable to all purchases made in our shops or online.

For NON-FAULTY Products:

We offer 14- day returns from the date when you purchase the product if:

  • The product is unused  under ‘new’ condition, the refund may be acceptable for a FULL refund or credit of the purchase price
  • The product is opened or used in any way, the return credit may be subjected to a restocking fee at the MINIMUM 20% of original purchase price, depending on the product returning conditions and its resale value.
  • The product purchased online, you may be asked to demonstrate that the returning product is not your fault or include related screenshots as evidences.

Please note that, for NON-FAULTY returns, any shipping cost to return the original product will be at the cost of your own.

 For FAULTY Products

Within 7 days of the faulty product being purchased, either the refund will be issued at the discretion of Mobie, or brand new same product or the product of identical type will be replaced.

The refund or replacement for faulty products will not be accepted if:
    •    The product has been used by a way that is not instructed for.
    •    The fault is unable to be demonstrated or replicated.
    •    The product has been lost or physically damaged.
    •    The product has been modified in a way that has caused or exacerbated the fault.

 

 

Warranty

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ('CGA'), you have guaranteed legal rights for  the product you purchase in our shops or online
