Here at Mobie every order is important to us. Making sure you get your order safely in your hands is our top priority. Every single order is meticulously protected in bubble or cushioned by paper to give a blanket of protection before being placed into a cardboard shipper or courier bag, to prevent any movement during transportation.
Once your order is packaged and ready to go we will dispatch your order using a signature only courier ticket, we will email you the tracking info to make sure you can track it every step of the way and to make sure it ends up in the right place.

Order Processing Times
For orders that consist of standard components, processing times are generally half a day to one day. (Once payment is confirmed)
Shipping Terms
As the sender, you are the only person who knows exactly what is inside your parcel. It is your responsibility to ensure your item is packaged correctly and arrives safely.
Apply the 5 by 5 rule for fragile items: 5cm from the walls, base and top of the box and 5cm of cushioning around each individual item.
Use internal cushioning and strong external packaging to protect your item against knocks and shocks. We suggest you use packaging materials such as bubble wrap, polychips, corrugated cardboard, shredded or rolled paper, polyethylene foam sheeting available at post shops, Whitcoulls, Warehouse Stationery, Paper Plus and/or Para Rubber stores. Items packed together in one carton must be individually wrapped and separated from each other with more cushioning material.
If you choose to return your item using a courier bag, wrap the item enough times so that you can no longer feel the shape of the object. We do not recommend returning any electronic or fragile items in a courier bag.
Where is my order?
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status.

Tips:
1. Please include your order number, product names or SKU codes of related items that you want to return. This is required for return or exchange.
2. To find your order number, it is found in the order confirmation email that was sent to you after you completed your purchase. Please check your spam mailbox if you don't see it.
3. SKU codes can be found in your order confirmation email.
4. Products need to be returned to the address that CUSTOMER SERVICE has provided. Please DO NOT use the address on the shipping slip.
