Christmas delivery cut-off dates
Christmas is almost here! Place your online order on or before these dates to aim for delivery before the 25th December 2024*:
*Please note that our courier partners experience high volumes during the holiday season, and some delays may occur. Therefore, ordering before the dates provided does not always guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. Thank you for your understanding.
Holiday deliveries between 20th December and 3rd January
Orders placed before 20th Dec will be delivered by Christmas.
Orders placed after 20th Dec:
For the Auckland area, will be delivered as usual, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days.
For non-Auckland areas, orders will be delivered starting from 3rd Jan 2025 onward.
During the holiday period from December 20, 2024, to January 3, 2025, our warehouse and shipping partners will operate at limited capacity. Services in the Auckland area will continue uninterrupted, but delivery times may be longer than usual. For the rest of New Zealand, regular operations will resume on January 3, 2025. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Orders will be dispatched as usual, but please note that delivery times may be slower between December 20th and January 3rd.
